• The SAC field team was in Takoma Park for orientation 19-22 May 2003.

• Work on the Landmine Impact Survey (LIS) began in May 2002.

• The survey has concluded and the final report will be published later in 2004.

Ethiopia

• Work on the Landmine Impact Survey (LIS) began in January 2002.

• The survey has concluded and the final report will be published later in 2004.

Somalia

• Phase 1 completed in March 2003.

• Phase 2 commenced August 2004.
  

Vietnam

• Work on the Landmine Impact Survey (LIS) is on-going.
